1st Inter State Boxing Club Championship

A total of 7 clubs took part in 4 days event held from 11th - 14th Nov '2018 and 77 Boxers have competed in various weight categories.

Prof. Saket Kushwaha, Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor and Shri Bamang Tago, Chairman, Sports Authority of Arunachal, GOAP attended the inaugural event as the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour respectively.

Hon'ble VC in his address congratulated and conveyed his best wishes to the boxing fraternity for the tournament. He reiterated the role of university in community engagement through the academic and sports for personality development while welcoming the young boxers to the university.
